CO detector – testo 317-3

Description

“Carbon monoxide is a particularly dangerous gas. It is colorless, it is odorless and above all it is lethal. That’s why it is so important that CO checks are carried out when a gas heating or boiler is being serviced or installed. This not only ensures that the heating or boiler is working properly; it also helps to prevent tragic accidents that occur as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning.

The testo 317-3 CO detector. for measuring carbon monoxide in the surrounding air

A few seconds. That’s all it takes. That’s all it takes to be on the safe side and test the surrounding air for carbon monoxide. The testo 317-3 CO detector measures the concentration of carbon monoxide in the surrounding air and presents the readings on an easy-to-read display. The CO detector has both a visual and an audible alarm which are triggered when a threshold is crossed. The thresholds can be adjusted individually.

The CO detector comes with a carry case and a belt clip to ensure that you always have your meter on you and a handstrap which can be wrapped loosely around the wrist to prevent the meter from falling onto the floor.

And as if that wasn’t enough, testo 317-3 CO detector also comes with a 3-year CO sensor warranty.”

Analysis Box for exhaust gas analysis systems – testo 350

Description

“Ideal for professional flue gas analysis and industrial emissions measurement on industrial engines, burners, gas turbines and in thermal processes: the testo 350 flue gas analyzer performs a variety of measuring and analysis tasks, impresses over the long term thanks to its heavy-duty industrial design and is also suitable for complex data acquisition.

The testo 350 flue gas analyzer comprises two units
The testo 350 Control Unit (separate product) with a clear graphic display, allows you to control emissions measurement. Operation is really easy: burner, gas turbine, engine and user-defined applications are available for selection in the menu. The Control Unit enables remote control of the analyzer unit even when there is a spatial separation of the flue gas pipe and the setting location – particularly recommended for emissions measurements on large plants.
The testo 350 analyzer unit is just what you need for carrying out emissions measurement, because it contains all the sensor technology and electronics. The testo 350 analyzer unit includes an O2 gas sensor as standard, but at least one additional sensor must be connected for commissioning (can be used with a maximum of 6 sensors). When connecting the optional sensors, you can choose between gas sensors for CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S or CxHy.

The measuring range extension enables unrestricted measurements to be carried out, even when there are high gas concentrations. In order to protect the sensor technology, the measuring range extension (dilution) is automatically activated when there are unexpectedly high gas concentrations. The measuring range of a selected sensor can be extended by a specific factor. The service opening on the underside of the instrument allows fast access to all relevant serviceable and wearing parts, such as pumps and filters, enabling users to clean or replace these. In addition, the testo 350 has numerous instrument diagnosis functions. Instrument notifications are output in cleartext, making them easy to understand. The current status of the flue gas analyzer is constantly displayed.”

USPs
  • Increased measurement range for unlimited measurements even when gas concentrations are higher
  • Easy-to-change gas sensors and easy access to wearing parts
  • Increased measurement range for unlimited measurements even when gas concentrations are higher
  • Easy operation of the analyzer unit via Control Unit or easyEmission software (both products available separately)

Flue gas analyzer (with H2-compensated CO measuring cell) – testo 330i

Description

“In order to commission and service heating systems as quickly and thoroughly as possible, you need an appropriate flue gas analyzer. A measuring instrument that delivers accurate results, whose probe is firmly secured in the flue gas duct at all times and which can also cope with larger systems or awkward measuring points without difficulty. A measuring instrument like the testo 330i. Embodying the current trends in flue gas analysis
The testo 330i flue gas analyzer combines precision measuring technology with innovative operation. Its H2-compensated CO sensor means that you can also use this version of the testo 330i to carry out official acceptance test measurements on heating systems. At the core of the flue gas analyzer is the technology of the testo 330 LL, which has been proven in practice a thousand times over, with the following features:

•User-replaceable long-life sensors with a service life of up to 6 years. This saves at least one sensor replacement over the instrument’s typical useful life
•TÜV-tested according to 1st German Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV) and EN 50379, Parts 1-3
•Integrated draught and gas zeroing without removing the probe – the probe can remain in the flue during zeroing
•Fresh air dilution upon exceeding a CO threshold value up to 30,000 ppm

The instrument’s completely redesigned method of operation is just as significant when it comes to your day-to-day work: operation of the measuring instrument and the display and documentation of readings are implemented wirelessly via the testo 330i App on your smartphone.
The flue gas analyzer is easy to control remotely via Bluetooth, from a distance of up to 5 metres. Also, this means that you always have the system’s flue gas values to hand when needed. Once you have finished the measurement, you can add comments or photos to the protocol and send it to your customer or the office via e-mail. Requirement: iOS 7.1 / Android 4.3 or newer. Mobile end device with Bluetooth 4.0. Work more efficiently with practical accessories We developed the testoFix probe holder so that you no longer have to be concerned about whether the probe is firmly secured in the pipe. This optional accessory can be attached to the flue gas duct quickly and easily, and holds the probe securely in the centre of flow at all times. testoFix also serves as a fall-proof attachment system for the testo 330i flue gas analyzer. However, the measuring instrument also features extra-strong magnets and can therefore be attached to the burner in the usual way.
Incidentally, the hose between probe and flue gas analyzer is somewhat shorter than on previous Testo probes and is particularly flexible, which makes it considerably easier both to work with the measuring instrument and to stow it away in the case.”

USPs
  • Paperless documentation and report generation on site via smartphone app
  • Operation independent of measuring location via smartphone app
  • Paperless documentation and report generation on site via smartphone app
  • Completely enclosed plastic housing – particularly robust

Entry-level Combustion Analyzer – testo 310

Description

“Accurate readings, rugged design, easy-to-use: And that’s exactly what you get with the testo 310 Combustion analyzer. You can carry out quick and reliable checks on combustion and heating systems.
The testo 310 entry-level Combustion analyzer for reliable combustion system checks
The testo 310 combustion analyzer has an easy-to-use menu guide, four integrated menus for flue gas, draft, CO ambient air and pressure measurements, a large, easy-to-read display and a backlight for use in all lighting conditions.
But that is not all. The compact combustion analyzer has a wide range of useful features that make it the ideal companion for combustion and heating systems checks. Thanks to the built-in magnet, it can stick to almost any metal object, like a burner for example, leaving both hands free for other tasks. The sensor can be zeroed in as little as 30 seconds and the sensor filter is just as easy to replace. In addition to that, the device has a rugged design which protects it against impact and damage and an easy-to-empty condensate collection tank.
The readings can also be transferred directly to your testo turbo printer (optional) via the combustion analyzer’s infrared interface, allowing you to print out on site.”
