Waterproof mini probe thermometer– testo Mini thermometer

Description

“Small but highly reliable penetration thermometer: the mini- thermometer from Testo is perfect for measuring liquid temperatures – e.g. in the laboratory – or air temperatures in heating and ventilation technology. It can also be used as a food thermometer. Its penetration probe is excellent for measuring the core temperature of food products during food controls.

Whether food control or laboratory spot check, the mini thermometer offers great accuracy in all measurements and is easy to use. A practical all-rounder, its small size allows you to take this penetration thermometer anywhere with you.

Practical features of the mini- thermometer
The exact measured value is easy to read on the digital display of the mini- thermometer; (unlike analogue food thermometers where the pointers always run the risk of reading errors). The display also features a battery status indicator and the option of displaying the temperature in °C or °F. The supplied protective tube for the penetration probe can also be used as a holder to attach the mini thermometer to your pocket using the clip. This conveniently allows you to take the penetration thermometer to any measuring location.”

Differential Pressure Transmitter – testo 6381

Description

The differential pressure transmitter testo 6381 was developed specially for monitoring differential pressure in the measuring range from 10 Pa to 1000 hPa. In cleanroom technology, the maintenance of positive pressure prevents the entry of contaminated air. In addition to this, the flow velocity or the volume flow can be calculated from the measurement of the differential pressure in a Pitot tube. Thanks to an optional probe from the probe series 6610, the additional recording of humidity and temperature with one instrument is also possible. The testo 6381 is particularly outstanding thanks to the automatioc zero-point adjustment which ensures high accuracy and long-term stability. The integrated self-monitoring and early warning function also guarantees the operator high system availability.

Compressed Air Flow Meter – testo 6441

Description

In industrial companies, compressed air is an important source of energy, but one which can also incur high costs. Precise measuring and control technology creates transparency when it comes to compressed air consumption and can help you save energy, reduce costs and implement a targeted environmental management system (e.g. as per ISO 50.001 or ISO 14.001).

The testo 6441 compressed air flow meter enables you to carry out accurate compressed air consumption measurements, consumption and leak monitoring and flow measurements in your compressed air system. The compressed air flow meter can also be used to carry out a peak load analysis in order to determine whether you are generating compressed air of sufficient capacity. Overall, these measures can help you find potential for savings or prevent unnecessary investment costs.

Overview of the technical advantages offered by the testo 6441 compressed air flow meter

The testo 6441 compressed air flow meter is also a transmitter, which converts the measured parameter into a standardized electrical signal. The transmitter can therefore be integrated into systems (e.g. compressed air systems), making it a key instrument in measuring and control technology. The testo 6441 compressed air flow meter also offers the following advantages:

– Ultimate flexibility with a variety of signal outputs: analog output, pulse output, 2 switching outputs. You will therefore be equipped for any kind of application, whether that is consumption measurement, consumption or leak monitoring or even flow measurement
– Integrated totalling function: the practical totaliser means that no additional analysis units are needed to calculate the total consumption
– Ultimate accuracy: the precisely defined inner diameter (DN15) enables adjustment to standard volumetric flow, providing a high degree of measuring accuracy. This is an advantage compared with standard penetration probes, which calculate volume flow on the basis of measured flow and indicated pipe diameter – a procedure that is more vulnerable to error than measurement using the compressed air flow meter
– Easy operation with a high degree of flexibility: parametrization of signal outputs, switching of physical units, signal delay, signal attenuation are all possible
– Measurement according to the calorimetric principle: no pressure loss during measurement
– Other advantages: no temperature compensation required, quick response time, robust sensor, optimized accuracy thanks to integrated inflow and outflow sections.

USPs

• Measurement of norm volume flow in the measuring range 0.25 to 700 m3/h (DN15 to DN50 or ½’’-2’’);
• Consumption quantity in m3; media temperature in °C
• Highest flexibility thanks to different signal outputs:
– Analog output 4 to 20 mA (4-wire)
– Pulse output
– 2 switch outputs (parameterizable: consumption or volume
– flow-dependent, opener, closer, hysteresis, window)
• Built-in totalizer, even without additional analysis unit
• Operating menu with LED display.

Delivery Scope

testo 6441 compressed air flow meter with integrated inflow/outflow section, diameter DN15 (½”), with analog, pulse and switching output.

Dewpoint Transmitter – testo 6743

Description

Air, compressed air and gases are used in all areas of industry. Humidity and moisture are generally undesirable because they can cause damage or impair the quality of the end product. The use of measuring and control technology is recommended in order to monitor humidity in the network and prevent damage.

Our testo 6743 dew point transmitter was designed specifically for measuring trace humidity in compressed air or dry air. It boasts a polymer humidity sensor which features a high degree of accuracy and long-term stability.
Technical advantages offered by the testo 6743 dew point transmitter
High accuracy: the testo 6743 dew point transmitter uses the Testo polymer sensor to measure humidity with a high degree of precision – up to ±1 K at 0 °Ctd (+32 °Ftd)
Scalable analog output: the dew point transmitter converts the measured values into a standardized electrical signal, whereby the analog output can be scaled as required (4 to 20 mA)
Alarm plug with 2 integrated switching outputs (optional): use the switching contact plug for MAX monitoring
Practical format: the testo 6743 dew point transmitter features a compact and user-friendly design. For example, the housing can be rotated by 350°, enabling optimum alignment of the display
Display with operating menu: convenient operation and on-site read-out of readings

Use the dew point transmitter to prevent damage (e.g. in refrigeration dryers or membrane dryers). This can save you a considerable amount of money, because if the quality of the end product is impaired in any way, it can prove costly. The cost of running adsorption dryers can also be reduced: accurate humidity-controlled chamber activation precisely adjusts the use of regenerated air to meet requirements – not at a preset time increment, which often creates unnecessary, excess consumption of regenerated air.

USPs

• Dew point transmitter with a measuring range of -45 °Ctd to + 30 °Ctd, G½ thread and display
• Testo polymer humidity sensor with a high degree of accuracy and long-term stability
• Freely scalable analog output (4 to 20 mA) and optional alarm plug with 2 integrated switching outputs

Delivery Scope

testo 6743 dew point transmitter to -45 °Ctd with polymer humidity sensor, display, process connection G½ thread, analog output 4 to 20 mA and optional alarm plug with 2 switching outputs.
